Please note: this is for a big party. Make sangria either the night before the party, preferred, or early in the morning the day of, in order to allow the fruit to soak up the wine and the wine to soak up the fruit. Mix in clean keg bucket.
- 8 Gallons of various types of red (NOT PINK) wine.
- 4 lbs sugar (I get a 5 lb gab and use most).
- Fruit, washed and chopped. (choose either citrus heavy or not. middle ground sucks.)
- Fifth of brandy.
- Fifth of light rum.
- 2 liters of Sprite.
- 2 liters of water.
- Bag if ice.
