Serves almost 10. Preheat oven to 375º F. You'll need a large bowl, a large boiling pan, and a large baking dish, as well as a blending device and an oven.
Ingredients:
1½ lbs dry macaroni pasta
1½ c soy milk 1 c nutritional yeast 1 tbsp paprika ½ tsp garlic salt ¼ block firm tofu (crumbled) ½ c melted Earth Balance Margarine (or veg oil) 1 tbsp spicy mustard
Topping: ¼ c breadcrumbs mixed with Adobo seasoning and/or veg parmesan (optional)
Directions: Cook pasta and drain. Blend/liquefy all other ingredients (except breadcrumbs) and mix with pasta in a large bowl. Transfer contents of bowl to large baking pan and sprinkle breadcrumb mixture on top. Bake at 375º F for 25 min or until brown/crisp on top.
