Ingredients:

  • 2 15 oz cans of garbanzo beans
  • 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain soy yogurt (optional)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

The fun part:

  • Toast sesame seeds on stove over medium heat until seeds start to brown.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
