Ingredients:
- 2 15 oz cans of garbanzo beans
- 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons plain soy yogurt (optional)
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
The fun part:
- Toast sesame seeds on stove over medium heat until seeds start to brown.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
